research of unit 30: Advertisement Production For Television

As one of my tasks for unit 30 I had to research about different non-fiction books so that later on in the assignment they help me  produce one minute  advert  about a chosen book that my group and will select  from  individual research.
our chosen team is about true crime stories.

here are three true crime books that have inspired and influenced me:

“Zodiac” this book is a classic true crime story where a Mass Murderer taunts the law and gets away with a great number of murders. This is a terrifying shocking but entertaining story. Read about the brutality that went on in the United States. This is still known as one of the most shocking crimes to this day!

Sleepers - Lorenzo Carcaterra

This book is an amazing true story of four brothers who were brought up in hell’s Kitchen”, a tarnished Mafia-run in New York around the 1960s.

The story revolves around the boys nearly taking a man’s life and upon their actions, the boys were sent to reformatory where they were brutalized by the guards and were left with nothing, except their forever binding loyalty towards each other.

The World's Top Twenty Worst Crimes

This book is the first of its kind. Kate Kray goes behind the minds of the worst 20 crimes in history and exposes the psychopath criminals for who they really are as she reveals the dreadful certainty of their monstrous acts without avoiding any gruesome information.

She examines their deplorable sense of remorse and their insignificant violent nature that makes the reader uncomfortable thus captivating to read.
