Retouching Old Images

During one of  my lessons of Unit 19 we were given an interesting task, this was to retouch an old photograph and once finished colourise it.  

The first step was to  look around the web to find an old damaged photo, after this was done I had to start the process of retouching the image. Down below is steps of how I did so.

This Image was not finished due to the reason that it was not a task requirement and since I had assignments to work on I had to put my focus on more important work. Although the aim of  all of this was to learn what retouching consisted off and in my opinion I gained a good  understanding.
