Group Production meetings

Here are all the dates and information the group discussed trough out the whole production.

15/04/2011:
First Official Meeting
The first group meeting was about deciding which Storyboard we were going to choose. We discussed both ideas and explained them to one another. We stated our reasons and explained the details and purposes of certain elements. One of which was semiotics.
Second Meeting:
15/04/2011
At the next group meeting we selected the Storyboard that we were going to use and started discussing what we would come in need of. The group planed out the dates in which to film on. After that we developed a production schedule of how long the Pre-production, production and post productions were going to take. We set out our roles and discussed what stage of production each group member was going to cover the most.  Also another subject was brought up since the location was going to be at night it meant that we would come in need of a power supply Ideas for power supply: request permission for electricity, get a generator or have feasible light on location.
The director and script writer (Amadeo G. Bezzina) explained what types of locations and terrains he had in mind. The location manager (Mikhail Micallef) suggested some areas around Malta and wrote them down as places we had to visit. The editor and Cinematographer (Christian Bajada) explained how long the editing process might take and then asked what shots would be needed and how they were going to be combined together.
11/04/2011
The Group discussed what types of characters were needed and how their appearance needed to look. The Person in charge of resources (Mikhail Micallef) and the director started researching for talents through networking sites. The research was based on Body structure, Character, Style, qualification in acting and so on.
28/04/2011:
The Editor and Director, later on accompanied by the location manager went on location and discussed what types of shots they could use and create regarding the story board and script. They made sure everything was going to plan. After going on location the group discussed what locations were going to be used and reviewed the paper work, Script, storyboard and made sure of what props were going to be used, so that as a group our advert would turn out precisely like the storyboard and script.
